Fir den Teig, maacht 3 Eegiel mat 0,5 Tassen Zocker, füügt erweecht Botter, Sourcreme, Salz, Soda an 2 Téi Miel un (den Teig däerf net an Ären Hänn hänken). Setzt den Teig (Dir kënnt et an de Frigo stellen) a preparéiert d'Fëllung. D'Äppel schielen a schneiden a hallefkreeseg Scheiwen. Grind Kéis mat 1/3 Taass Zocker an 1 Eegiel. Elo huele mir den Teig eraus, rullen se op eng Dicke vun 1-2 cm aus (wéi Dir wëllt), leeë se op e Blat, sprëtzen d'Hüttkéis uewen, setzen Äppel op de Kéisekéis a sprëtzen mat Kanéil. Setzt den Ofen op mëttlerer Hëtzt fir 30-40 Minutten. Wärend dëser Zäit schloe 4 Kaweechelcher mat 2 Taass Zocker. Mir huelen de bal fäerdeg Kuch eraus, fëllen et mat geschmëlzene Meringue a setze se an den Ofen zréck bis se komplett gekacht ass.
